Along with that comes up a logistic issue. My original thought was that I would just send tickets to the club presidents with the Rotarian’s name on them to pass out at a club meeting. I am getting contacted by several non Rotarians that heard about it from a Rotary friend and I realized that getting tickets passed on to them might become difficult but we still want to include everyone. If they are order through a Rotarian, we can use the original plan. If they want to order direct then they can send me a self addressed stamped envelope with their check. When the tickets are printed, I will put them in the mail directly to them. That will save some hassle at the club level. They can download a form with all the information from my website www.FireEagle.biz. Most of the way down there is a banner that says “Click here for Oiler Tickets”. That will get them what they need. To sweeten the deal, the Oilers have made a competition out of these ticket sales. The organization that sells the most tickets will win box seats to another Oilers home game. As you can image there is limited space in one of the box suites. So if Rotary wins this honor the President of the club that sales the most seats will get two suite passes. The past president of that club will get two passes. And the Rotarian that sells the most tickets as an individual will get two passes. So let the games begin! |
